Not even impressed by that Harry Fraud collab, but I've only listened to it a couple times. Maybe I'll throw it on right now. Ski Beatz really laced him, although his stuff has been a lot weaker since 2010 also.

posted Sunday, June 17, 2012 10:02:54 AM DZA's emceeing is also getting worse, too many "rightttttt"s, but the beats on George Kush were just incredible. On the Pilot Talk albums too. Everything I've heard lately from Ski seems to be very Rock based.
I never order records online. Red Dot Plot is great though. Top 5 album from 2011 for me.

Yeah, Ski Beats needs to get back to that sound. The production on Pilot Talk 1/2 and Kush The Button sounded like Hip Hop should sound at that time (and still now). They were the perfect progression from the early 2000's production sound in Hip Hop imo.
The riiight thing is pretty spent now.
Any other albums to recommend? I can't get into that AbSoul. I've only skimmed through 4 or 5 tracks on youtube though...
