Artistically, he's not consistent at all. But for lyrics, I'll co-sign. He's always been on point in that regard. So it depends on how you look at it. Those two factors combined equate to him not deserving that title at all.

some of his albums do have a fair amount of filler, i agree.
he has definately consistently made good tracks since the 90s though. not that many rappers have had such longevity...
'good longevity' is probably a better way to describe AZ's career than 'consistent' considering the filler...
