They were great.

My first rap concert.

I saw them at Canada's Wonderland with Jodeci when I was like 10.

Thoughts?

Jump, I missed the Bus.

2nd album Da Bomb used that Sample before Jay Z I think. Da Bomb

I never cared for Kriss Kross but I can understand that a ten year old may have. My first show was PE and Ice-T in 92. Hi, i'm old.

Great energy to a kid, a hip hop feel but w the not-that-dangerous Vibe that allowed us to enjoy the music, without worryin our parents... In my case it lasted a couple months til a social worker introduced me to Scarface and em, BCC etc.. Kris krossed em off my list w the quickness LOL

I wore my clothes backwards for like a month in elementary school, knocking I missed the bus hardcore. Nothing but love for Kriss Kross. That was the second Hip Hop album I ever got for my son (prince paul's Dino 5 being the first)

I was 8. My sister and I both wore our jeans backwards lol. There was like a dozen opening acts, and they said some b.s that they were locked in their dressing room. They performed half the album then bounced lol

1995 - 1999 was an interesting time to grow up in the states.
Kriss Kross was dope and necessary. Look'n back I
empathize with the young people who got caught up
in the struggle to express themselves in the music industry.
Peace In.

Bluestratos - my bad for the lag reply.

I did try wearing my jeans backwards at home, but never wore them outside like that.

I can't front. Jump was a big hit over here too. the Cassette single! Also Totally Krossed Out is the best children rap album ever made. They had a few great hits: Jump, I missed the Buss, It's A Shame, Warm It Up, Da Bomb, Alright, Live And Die For Hip Hop...all great songs.
