Some dope EPs and LPs from the last few months that haven't been getting much talk around here...add on

Donwill - DPPLGNGR EP

http://www.mediafire.com/?oaqssyl3shqz47v

Great tracks on here. Can't believe this isn't getting more hype. Can't find tracks to post, otherwise I would. Looking forward to a new Tanya Morgan.

Freddie Gibbs & Statik Selektah - Lord Giveth, Lord Taketh Away

http://www.mediafire.com/?g3yv9eai6q9ze29

Really dope featuring Reks, Chace Infinite, Smoke DZA, Daz, Term, Trae, Fred the Godson...too bad this wasn't an LP. Gibbs and Statik are both on point.

Cocaine 80s - The Pursuit EP

http://www.mediafire.com/?f0qx6w7w3205cqp

No I.D. RnBish project, few tracks sound a bit like the weeknd, with Common on a track. Dope shit if you're feeling Frank Ocean and the Weeknd.

Jermiside - Live and Let Live LP

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=3MHOBLWX

Mostly produced by Jermiside. Only listened to this a couple times but sound good, some real gems, worth a listen esp if you slept on Middle Classic last year.

Sandlot Collective - The Sandlot: Collective LP

http://thesandlotlp.com/album/the-sandlot-collective-lp

Pretty dope free compilation of a bunch of underground West Coast emcees, especially Farid Xan, mostly from Tacoma Washington. Dope beats, no skips, not the best lyrically but decent.

Ray Black - Spring Forward EP

http://www.wupload.com/file/20390117/Ray+Black+-+Spring+Forward+EP+(2011)+-+HIPHOPISDREAM.COM.ZIP

Very laid back shit from Vancouver, few dope tracks

Just found the up of that Donwill, Ray Black and Gibbs the other day. As you said all very dope. ray black was a nice suprise it being the least known of them to me. very nice chill vibe on it.

had that Sandlot for a while and it is a nice compilation album. I dont remember all the names of the mcs but as a project it is very solid.

Only ones i hadnt checked yet was the Cocaine 80s and Jermiside and only because i had only heard of it recently and not found a link yet. thanks for the links, lol. have high expectations for that Jerm ep that album from last year was very slept on and didnt get the recognition it deserved.

ya statik really laced that shit nicely. he seems to be getting more consistent with his sound and quality. i hope it stays that way. i've always liked his good shit but he's always been kinda hit or miss in the past.

...been listening to that Gibbs/Statik EP a lot. Really nice combo. Statik's been putting out a lot of stuff lately, not all quality but always at least a few bangers, but the tracks on this EP are all tight. And Gibbs is great. Too bad this wasn't an LP.

Don't know how anyone isn't feeling that, the Jermiside and the Donwill EP.

Anyway, couple more new releases to check.

The Doppelgangaz - Lone Sharks LP

http://www.multiupload.com/XBX1WQCJR3

Jazzy, laid back story telling type shit. Dope beats, decent emcees.

Marchitect - Everything Must Go Vol 1 LP

http://www.multiupload.com/T2KE9LU5XM

From the 49ers...just listened to this once, but the beats are very nice.

Soul Brotha - Connexion EP

http://www.multiupload.com/C27IGCLI5Z

Don't know exactly what this is...some German producers with a Premier type sound and with rhymes by Large Pro and a bunch of Premier type emcees (NYGZ, Blaq Poet, Krumbsnatcha, Nutso), and a Premier voice over....dope shit for sure though.

Lewis Parker – Dangerous Adventures Ltd EP

http://www.multiupload.com/YLQJDQY2SL

Just DLing now, haven't even listened to it yet, but Lewis Parker on the beats, with verses from Planet Asia, John Robinson and Killa Sha should be nice.
