This is the thread where we track our runs thru the end of the month. Once again, this thread is for G's only.

If you don't post your run in here, it didn't happen. So, don't come in here in say you ran last week or some bullshit. That's not what G's do.

Also, treadmill or roadwork runs only. Ellipticals, Stationary bikes, Spinning classes, pilates, etc. are not welcome in this thread. If you're not running, we don't want to hear from you. you're not a G. you're a chick.

I'll start it off. your boy just ripped off a 4 spot. roadwork. G shit.

Did i have a turtlhead tryin to poke thru for my last mile? Yes. Did I stop and walk tho? No. Do I still have the turtlhead poking thru as we speak? Yes. Nbd.

alrite cya

ps. if this thread is a bust, please don't post links in here. thanks

i have no idea what distance i run. i just go for 35 minutes at moderate to high intensity. then i go up this flight of about 40 stairs up and down as fast as i can for about 5 or 6 minutes. and that's it. i plan on doing this all summer or untill i'm down to 190lbs. also no lasagna or pizza 'till the opening weekend of the NFL.

or do i like your NB's? yeah those are fine. as long as they have good traction and cushion. i've always wanted to get NB's, i just been buying asics for the last 10 years, so i go with what i know. apparently something in the sole makes your feet run straight wich is supposed to help with the knees.

soc, i guess thats true, but it made me undisciplined because I was losing based on luck not skill, and i played worse, and lost more, and then i refused to drop down in stakes, and now i gotta get a job :/

crazy shit^^..one thing i slept 4 real were exercise bikes, i always incorporate this before my runs..u set the gears at the hardest to pedal and i swear to god u might only last 10 to 15 mins..i like going heavy before i run cuz it makes the joggin more flexible and light while maintaing pace

soc, i cashed out my last thousand today. I could probably play 25nl to rebuild my bankroll, but with the way i've been running/playing(?) lately, i'd prolly just lose 500 and then have to cash that out. I'm so close to posting all the suckouts i went thru this week on a poker forum, because it's unreal. but i don't wanna whine.

also ftr, this was my second attempt at 50 nl, and my second time failing at it (obv). i had two video reviews done where the fagget pros said I played really well, i've analyzed my hands, and haven't really been able to figure out wtf is the deal. why can i beat 25nl for $20/hr but lose at 50nl?? Is it really that much harder, socrateez? I'm not too disheartened tho man, I know of a few really great pros who failed at lower levels than this until they got some coaching. maybe it's time for me to finally take the next step..

i think maybe the suckouts are rattling you to the point of throwing you off your gameplan.

also, i had to do some more googling to come up with a meaningfuly reply trevor because all this poker lingo is chinese to me, but basically, yeah 50nl is a different ballgame. you can't have the same gameplan as you did at 25nl, you've got to make adjustments. you cant be as passive, you've got to play your strong hands more aggresively and faster at 50nl. you also have to be willing to bluff more often at 50nl, which is a dangerous proposition unless you know wtf you're doing. the jump from 25nl to 50nl is deceptive because it seems like its only a small step up, but its no joke unless you're ready.

my bottom line here, go back to 25nl and get some of your confidence back and build your bankrool back up before you venture up to 50nl again.

you don't want to be hitting up tdadd or owen to cover your internet poker losses man. it just cant get to that point.
