dude took somethin personal and we exchanged banter, and i ended up raising my voice at the end. kinda hardcore for office.
so i thought about things, and decided i was wrong - dude is from another country and sorta on edge i guess you could say. so i decided to apologize. call me what you will. below is his response to my email which is below that

I wouldn’t have gotten mad at what I said to you about the data being a picture not text – I really didn’t mean it to be offensive. However, I should have known that you could potentially take offense because of the way that it was said. Therefore, I did not treat you the way you want to be treated, and for that I’m really sorry. I am sorry for affecting you in negative way with what I said, it was not my intention.
