Pros - Girls in short shorts. Nice bar with Stella on tap. Free Wifi. Sunny bright demeanor, small and cozy.
Cons - Old people. Still a lil humid inside, small so not a lot of shops/bar variety.

idk where bose lives but i suggest going somewhere warm. i spent the past four days playing frisbee and catching fishees and drinking beers and smoking bowls on a private beach. so much fun.
