UPDATE:

DAY 1 - Back

DAY 2 - Legs

DAY 3 - Chest

TOMORROW - Probably shoulders

I was kinda saving abs for a morning where i feel tired because its a quick workout. Or i could break my arm workout into separate sessions, maybe combine abs with either triceps or forearms.
I might even break into a solid 7 days per week gym schedule.

So far i have not witnessed one attractive female at the gym, but i go in the morning when it is quiet. I will need to adjust my times accordingly to suit my pervert needs.

Leg day

Rest day

Arm day

Shoulder and back day

Rest day

^ thats with abs or cardio in between almost every workout, great way to keep the heart rate up while taking away the pain you fee in whatever body group youre working that day

Good call. I did consider training abs daily but wasn't sure if it would get results. I did ok with just a once a week abs session but i wasn't so fat back then.

I might try this out.

How long do you train on shoulders/back day? I don't think i could work my back in less than an hour.

Between shoulders and back i spend an hour and a half in the gym that day, which gives me about 4 workouts per back and 4-5 for shoulders.
Personally i dont think i do enough for my back but im super afraid of injuring my spine so i dont go hard on it
