Do you guys use/used in the past?

I just bought a MXL MXL 990 Condenser off ebay.. I haven't gotten to use it yet, though
I still gotta go buy the chord for it...

I was just wondering what kind of mics you guys use/what ones you have used and if you like em or not.

Also,
anyone ever try the one I just got?

I use a MXL usb 006 condenser in the home lab. very quality and easy. 3 built in sensitivity settings and you can run third party effects through it.

In the big lab we use a very nice Neuman. Not sure model, but its looks expensive.

there was a discussion about this in another thread...

I use a MXL V63M

thing is when you use condenser mics, you gotta get a mic booth, or a reflection filter

I use Fast Track for the pc/mic connection, its got everything i need, i like it

I got an old ass behringer b1 condensor or something.

Ive had it about 7 years.

I need to step my recording game up.

Itd be cool to get an equipment list from everyone. That way we could compare a little bit in quality.
